This is ......what scares me

After smoking 25 cigs a day for the past 25 years its hard to know what I'm more fearful of - giving up or not being able to give up!

Anyway I'm into day 4 at the moment - so far so good.

Ive had to post early this week as off to Albury tommorow to visit dear friends for the long weekend.

To see what scares everyone else visit Angela's blog.

Have a good weekend all.

Give up smoking and get some chooks. They are great therapy and very soothing.

Good luck, you can do it! I did - after many attempts!

Good luck you can do. Just take one day at a time. I smoked for a long time as well and as hard as it was to quit I feel so much better.

Good luck - it must be tough as my Dad keeps trying and failing to kick it.
Think of all the money you'll save and what you could do with it.

Thanks for popping by and commenting on my blog.... I'll have to post a coaster tutorial some time this month so stay tuned...
I'm feeling for you with the 'QUIT SMOKING' thing, I quit cold turkey 2 years ago and have never looked back. Don't get me wrong, man-o-man it was hard for the first 6 months and I was only smoking for 9 years not 25... Good luck and remember, there's light at the end of the tunnel and your body will love you for it..

Please try really really hard to stay off the ciggies. You will feel so much better and just think how much more money you will have to spend on fabric and craft supplies!
