Progress has been slow. I rolled my ankle 2 weeks ago which meant 5 days without exercise and only walking since (and for another week). On a positive note, I have stuck with the eating program and still managed to lose a little. Gotta be happy with that.

Ive also had great breakthroughs with Elli over the last couple of weeks and we are looking forward to our week long riding camp in a few weeks.

We are off to Melbourne today to spend the night with dear friends.....its been a while.
